RESOURCES:

* To be very straight, effectively we will be a launch pad, helping the Unknown solutions to our problems to become Known. Utilising the resources that we have in a business sense means that the focus will be primarily in the food industry, although we will be focusing on all of the subject areas that absorb people time in relation to our mission statement. The digital landscape is open to any subject area, with this any digital projects will have no restriction except for the imaginations behind them. As we are a collaborative (ego at the door) initiative, there will be no shortage of imagination ….Its Adventure Time: )

VENUE'S USE:


As the impact we can make is always based on the resources we have at hand (small or grand).

Lets use what we have to make some impact : ) We have the above, we will be placing our mission statements ethos into the venues use.

We aim to run a daytime plant based restaurant service, serving; sit in, takeaway and delivery, with plans to utilise the evening resources through external collaboration, do ask how : ).

During the off-peak hours (2 - 6pm), we will be carrying out community support workshops. The concept behind this is based on the ethos from the "mission statement" below.

We will be identifying what problems people have and from this will assess the current solutions used to overcome the problem.

We will identify the pro's and cons (based on the 4 damage factors platform), with this we will identify if a less negative solution is available and help the person in question to adapt to the new solution. Also identifying what gratification the person gains from the existing solution, to see how the new solution can bring similar benefits ( it's nice to enjoy the solutions we use for our problems : )

If there is not a good enough less negative solution (I know although the phrasing is apt), we will investigate if there is need and see about developing a project to develop an alternative solution, that with the right nurturing could turn into a startup and sustainable socially conscious business.

With this effectively we will be helping people (including ourselves) to become more considerate than the people we were before in that context (personal / business).
