When I joined I found it hard to believe that I could eat so much healthy food and still lose weight but it really worked! My life has changed beyond compare,I have buckets full of energy,my skin is clear, I sleep well at night,I can walk without getting sore knees or my thighs rubbing together,I can keep up with my kids and I no longer turn to food for comfort.
While losing my weight the classes were a great support to me,all the other members knew how I felt and could relate to me,no one judged me by a number on the scales and we had fun,sharing tips and recipes.
