UL Student Academic Administration 3.28

The Student Academic Administration office maintains, controls and develops the University's student records, programme records, class timetabling, end-of-semester examinations and student help desk. We are responsible for the maintenance of all student contact information, grant records, student registrations, module grading, performance reports, student results, the issuing of all University graduate parchments and the publication of all class and examination schedules. The office also develops and administers procedures for the compliance by all students and staff in support of the University's Academic Regulations and Marks and Standards.

Our main goal is to progress students through their chosen academic path in collaboration with other UL stakeholders.

Within SAA, we work as a team to achieve our goals and targets. We listen and give our best efforts to provide a timely response to all customers. We look to continually improve our current level of customer satisfaction and the quality of our service through concise quality procedures, technological support and informed staff.

The office is one of two units within the Academic Registry Division.
