Concluding of day one retreat.
For those staying overnight in the fabulous Trinity Island Lodge, you'll be warmed with a soothing sauna, followed by a wholesome evening meal, with lots of stories shared and a peaceful nights sleep.
Dawn meditation in the serene Abbey, watching the mist rise over the lake and the countryside gently rise. Followed by a warming breakfast to start the day before the second retreat day commences at 10am.
The second day will commence with guided meditation, followed by Astanga yoga, with Samantha. an early lunch will be followed by a peaceful boat journey around the island (weather permitting). On return your afternoon's soothing sound bath awaits you. We will finish Sunday's retreat with an additional mindful forest walk, taking in new pathways and thought provoking quotes. Our concluding session will close the wellness weekend allowing everyone to voice their 'expression of the weekend'.
