Janet is a Reiki Master who also teaches people how to self heal through her own workshop called Basic Self Healing Techniques. Janet is also a Shamanic Healer and a student of Herbal Medicine. Each product that is made for Tobair Na H-Oige has been tried and tested on family and friends and every herb used has been picked, dried or used fresh by Janet herself. The beeswax used in the creams, salves and balms have been sourced locally from Meadowsweet Farm in Doon, Ballinahown and any water that is used for the products has been gathered from the spring well in Athlone.
