Three Rock Kenpo Schools are located on the foothills of the Three Rock Mountain which overlooks Dublin City. At Three Rock Kenpo we teach Kenpo Karate as developed by 10th degree Grand Master Mr Edmund Parker.

Kenpo Karate is a Martial Arts style designed for everyone regardless of age or size. We run our school in a welcoming, friendly and sociable manner. Our school is one where everybody is welcome. Our students only require the willingness to learn.

At Three Rock Kenpo we teach our chosen Martial Arts in a positive and supportive atmosphere. All students, both junior and senior, are encouraged through support and praise to achieve their own highest level of performance.

Students are trained in technical and tactical Martial Arts. The technical elements are learned through "forms" and "techniques", which are co-ordinated movements. The tactical elements are learned through freestyle sparring.

All of our class fees are paid on as "Pay as you Train" basis. Students are not charged for block bookings or terms. The fairest way for students is simply to turn up and pay for your classes as you attend them.

Whether you wish to keep fit, learn self defence or learn a Martial Art our school is based upon the individuals requirements and goals.
At Three Rock Kenpo we teach the complete modern Kenpo Karate syllabus from White to Black Belt. We teach a complete Martial Art system that is suitable for today’s environment. Kenpo Karate is a dynamic all round Martial Art system effective in today’s modern world. It offers the exponent the confidence of tried and trusted techniques which are flexible enough to withstand every eventuality.
