Welcome to Cork Cancer Care Centre!

Cork Cancer Care Centre is a voluntary cancer support group for All who have or have had cancer , their carers, families and friends. Founded in 2011, the Club originally met every fortnight in the Ambassador Hotel (Cork City). More recently, we has acquired a new premises at 26 St. Paul's Avenue, Cork City where all meetings, workshops and other Club activities are now held. The new premises officially opened on 7th February 2012, the one-year anniversary of the first meeting.

How we can Help YOU!

New members are always welcome. If you have been directly affected by cancer or know someone who has, be it a family member, relative, partner or friend we would be delighted to meet you at the Club. To join, it's just a matter of getting in touch (see "Contact & Location" page on this website for more details).To find out about our upcoming meetings, events and fundraisers also click on the relevant link.

Please note that we are currently updating our website and will be adding much more information about what we do and how we can help you as the weeks progress. The Boys Club Cork

The Girls Club Cork has achieved so much in the space of two years. Our member numbers are growing daily and the word is getting out there about the fun and positive cancer support we are providing for the women of Cork and their families and friends. So much so that the Club has been inundated with requests to start a "Boys Club" to provide support for all the men in Cork, their families and friends who have been touched by cancer. The answer, of course, was yes!

So over the course of 2012 and 2013 we hope to get The Boys Club Cork (Cancer Support Group) up and running with the help of our members and of course YOU! So guys... if you, your friends or family members have been touched by cancer and are interested in joining The Boys Club Cork or simply volunteering your time for free, please get in touch.
