After years traveling around Europe and The States we have become enamored with not only the quality available, but more importantly the variety and choice. Here in Ireland we are graced with some of the best ingredients in the world, however for a long time we were confined to too much of the same.

At the Revolution, we want to break that mould and offer more. More creative styles of food, vast array of craft beers from not only all over Ireland, but also the world, and a array of quality wines by the glass. All these elements however will not be enough without a friendly, accommodating staff who will go the extra distance to make your time at The Revolution unforgettable and far above your expectations. We view our employees and our customers as part of our family, and want to take care of both.
