The Martial Arts Academy is a great place to learn self defence or perfect your Kenpo Karate in a friendly atmosphere.

You’ll feel as part of a family with Professor Sifu Shay McNamee who’s been training Ed Parker’s American Kenpo for over 40 years.

We offer a whole range of classes: Beginners class, Self defence class, techniques, forms, sparring, weapons, escrima, kickboxing…
