The Grape Escape is in the heart of Blackrock. You can find us directly through the main entrance of the Blackrock Market located in the basement of one of the oldest buildings in the area which is over 200 years old and filled with character. There is access to a fully sheltered smoking areas at both the front and back and as we are the only nightlife in the market we offer a unique location and privacy.

We offer carefully selected Wines, Irish craft Beers and Ciders along Artisan cheese and charcuterie boards to be enjoyed comfortably and casually, but without compromising on good quality and service. With our stove fire and games like chess and draughts, we offer a relaxed “home from home” atmosphere.

Our venue is more than just a wine bar, its an interactive space where people can present work, display art, perform music, open mic nights & present readings & poetry. You can also book the Grape Escape for more intimate gatherings and private parties.
