Spit-roasting a whole animal, most commonly a pig is about as spectacular as meat cookery gets. Its a surprisingly practical way of catering for a large party (you can easily feed 100 plus with a good sized porker). Clients can choose to use one of our free range pigs which are reared on our home farm.

For a distinctly different and delicious flavour we also cook smoked sausages on site using different flavours of bisquettes e.g. apple, cherry, hickory, maple, oak and pecan. This option is great for smaller groups.
