Using techniques such as trigger point release, muscle energy technique, positional release, differential diagnosis and soft tissue release to treat and prevent sports injuries as well as everyday injuries and chronic pain.
Trigger Point release through the use of Dry Needling, which is very effective for deep Trigger Points and adhesions.

Event Massage: Rates depend on number of clients (competitive)
Call Out: €45
Team Rates: €35 per person
HOURS:
Clinic: Wednesday: 12pm - 7pm
Call Out/Home Service: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat: 10am - 7pm

I graduated in Neuromuscular Physical Therapy, Orthopaedic Sports Massage and Trigger Point Dry Needling from the College of Complimentary Medical Education in the National Training Centre, Dublin. I have been studying anatomy, physiology and bodywork therapies since 2005, and I am also qualified in Swedish/Holistic Massage, Sports Massage and Indian Head Massage.
My experience ranges from treating chronic pain in adults and children, chronic injury in athletes, to treating persons with special needs.
I am a member of the Association of Neuromuscular Physical Therapists and continue to study in areas of bodywork and movement therapies.
I am currently studying towards an Advanced Diploma in Pilates Matwork Level 3
