My name is Michelle Cullen and I am the founder of Perfect Brows by Michelle. I have travelled the world to learn form the best teachers in the semi permanent make up industry and I specialise in eyebrows. I have a great passion to be the best and I pay attention to detail. I am trained and qualified in both Microblading and machine procedure for brows. I rebuild your eyebrows by creating tiny realistic hair strokes which look like actual hair to achieve a fuller, more defined natural looking brow. My strokes are super fine to get the most natural look possible. The treatment can last 1-3 years. During the appointment I work with my client to draw correct brow shape by carefully measuring the symmetry of my clients face. I then choose the correct colour for my client based on her own colouring. This first treatment can take 2.5 to 3 hours and must no be rushed. My client comes back to me in 8 weeks for a top up, and then the brows will last 1 - 3 years. This treatment is suitable to anyone who has over plucked, over waxed, has gaps or would love a fuller brow. My treatment costs €250 for first appointment and €70 for top up.
