Our daily changing blackboard menu allows us to use as many local ingredients as we can get. We are delighted to use Kilbrack's Organic Farm Leaves & Vegetables, Gubbeen Cheeses and Salami, Robbie Fitzsimmons Free Range Chicken, Shanagarry Organic Smoked Salmon, Hederman's Smoked Mackerel, Roscarberry Slow-Roast Bacon-the best, Tim O's Cheddar, West Cork Food's Buffalo Mozzarella and Feta Cheeses, We are a small team who bake every day all our breads, scones and a huge selection of cakes which nearly half of, are Gluten Free. The other staff members will serve and present it all to you in our small café.
