The Cookery School has first lass facilities with an adjacent vegetable & herb garden and Aisling who is passionate and a highly experienced tutor. She will help her students to develop an appreciation for healthy, nutritious and tasty super foods all the while gaining confidence and independence in the kitchen.
Students will learn the fundamentals of culinary training in terms of 'mise en place', key techniques and scientific principles of recipes as well as developing a palette fro flavours and lots of tips and tricks of the trade.
The programme for this July include Petite Patisserie, Surf n Turf, Asian Adventures, Catering for Parties & Italian Pasta making.
