Terry Fitness and Performance is a personal training and class studio. Towards the end of 2014 we extended our service and with the addition of a custom built outside Olympic lifting area we opened up a small commercial gym adjacent to our fitness studio. This has been a huge addition to Terry Fitness and Performance and this is just the beginning.
The gym consists of cardio area, machine weights, free weights, Olympic weights and acres of grass area to train until your hearts content!!
A little about me.........
Power-lifting has been a part of my life for the last 12 years, I have been working out in gyms for a large portion of my life and I love to train, to be healthy and fit and to share this passion with everyone and anyone I can.
I qualified as a personal trainer with the University of Limerick through the National council for exercise and fitness in 2012.
I believe in continuous professional development! In order to be at the top of your game, this is what is required,!!! Therefore I am continually upskilling and researching new training techniques and new training programmes.
I have trained with Boxercise UK for 'Boxercise' and 'Kids Boxercise' and am one of 2 officially registered trainers for Boxercise in the Kilkenny area.
I have completed training in Pilates, step aerobics, TRX, Spin, exercise to music, and don't intend on stopping anytime soon.....
One2One personal training is exactly what it says on the tin. Its personalised individual training and is specific to you.
As a client, you will be evaluated in numerous areas, including;

We work on everything including nutrition, injury rehab and prevention, weight loss/ weight gain, postural change and every other aspect of health and fitness.
