St Brigid's Well are holy wells connected with St. Bridgit of Kildare, a 5th-century Irish saint from Kildare in Ireland, who is one of the patron saints of Ireland, and also a figure in Irish folklore. The are popular pilgrimage places, and as per a 19th-century survey, there are at least fifteen such wells across Ireland, notably in Liscannor, in County Clare and Buttevant, County Cork in Ireland.
