Spencer Auctioneers have experience in CPO work, not only in assessing the claims for compensation etc by landowners, but also acting as agents and valuers for Galway County Council in their acquisition of lands by Compulsory Purchase Orders. We have therefore worked on both sides of the fence and, consequently have unrivalled experience of knowing not only what landowners should be claiming, but also what Galway County Council will consider paying in relation to this and other CPO schemes.

Spencer Auctioneers can advise prospective buyers on all aspects of living in this part of Ireland, such as the appointment of a solicitor or engineer to advise on a purchase, availability of schools, public transport, community services, leisure facilities, B&Bs, hotels and restaurants. We are open from Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30pm with viewings outside those hours by appointment.
