An individual, appropriate and functional treatment plan is built for you- combining massage, manual therapy and exercise prescription- and tailored to your lifestyle, age and activity levels.

Sonja works with you to help return to your original fitness levels. Never an advocate of stopping all activity due to injury, Sonja will examine and modify your current activity/ exercise or gym programme to create the optimal environment for healing to occur without jeopardising your health and fitness levels!

While solving the problem at hand, a strong focus is placed on targeting the original cause. By helping you to move well and pain-free, the chances of a recurrence of your pain/ injury are significantly reduced.


Sonja Straub is a graduate of the Institute of Technology, Carlow and holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy.
Sonja is a member of the Register of Physical Therapists in Ireland (RPTI Reg. No 16101) and of the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT). The BASRaT register has been approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.
