Skills For Work Dublin 1.7

Skills for Work is a national training programme to deliver training courses for full time and part time employees. This particular programme is targeted at low skilled workers who, without the opportunity to participate in this training, may not have the confidence to embrace change in the workplace. This initiative is funded by the Irish Government under the Department of Education and Training Boards (ETB) across the country. All courses within the City of Dublin are delivered by the Education and Training Boards (CDETB).

Skills for Work is part of the Government's National Skills Strategy. This strategy recognises that the nature of workplace is constantly changing: work is becoming less routine with a requirement for a workforce that is flexible, continuously learning and capable of personal growth.
