Nazareth House - The Nazareth Care Fund Ireland 3.05

Welcome to the Nazareth Care Fund.

The Sisters of Nazareth have been providing care to older people in Ireland since 1876. They currently own and run five Nazareth House nursing homes throughout Ireland. Nazareth House nursing homes are the first choice of many people whose care needs can no longer be fulfilled in their own homes. While there is no place like home Nazareth House recognises that home can be many things to many people but above all it is a place where one has respect, dignity, autonomy of choice and love.

Throughout its long history, Nazareth House Nursing Homes has always relied on public support. The existing buildings at Nazareth House Mallow and Dublin have reached the end of their useful lives or do not meet current needs and urgently need to be replaced and extended.

The Nazareth Care Fund is a fundraising initiative set up by the Sisters of Nazareth in a bid to raise funds for two new purpose build properties in Cork and Dublin. Our fundraising goal for these two projects is 6.6 million. We are also fundraising to develop the services in our 4 other houses in Belfast, Fahan, Sligo and Ballymote.
