In simple terms we are all looking for good value. We have new reduced fee arrangements with all tradesmen & providers, which are fully passed on to our clients.

The service and how we function is not confined to this list but broadly what we offer Landlords is outlined below. You may already be aware of the extent of our services but there is no harm in reviewing your needs. If you have not yet entrusted your investment properties to us please consider us now or in the future.

We have focused this business to minimize every aspect of cost relating to Property Management.

* Generate lease agreements

* Advertise properties via DAFT & our New Website (To be launched shortly)

* Monthly rent collections via on-line banking. Lodgements to Landlords bank accounts within 7 working days

* Landlords representative with all tenant queries

* Effective property inspections quarterly and at expiry of a lease

* Qualified maintenance team available with a clear view on containing costs

* On site co-ordination of minor & major refurbishments on behalf of property owners

* Compliance with all registration requirements of the PRTB

* Securing of valid tenant references (where possible) and identification

* Transfer of utility accounts into tenants names

* Our fee of 10% incorporates our letting & management services in Ireland. This amount is deducted from your gross monthly rent receipts. All fees are subject to 21% VAT

* Any advertising fees or registration fees are charged to Landlords rent accounts

* Our fees are normally deductible as an expense against rental income but you should take your own tax advice
