A new dining experience has just arrived at Main Street, Donegal Town, with the opening of Sabai Thai Restaurant and Takeaway. The name means "Come in, relax and enjoy" and that is just what diners are invited to do.
With Thai management and a Thai chef, Sabai will offer diners the opportunity to enjoy oriental cuisine at its best in atmospheric surroundings guaranteed to conjure up the taste of the Orient. A full takeaway menu is also available, with a wide choice of tempting Thai dishes to choose from. Special Thai boxes have been procured for customers to bring home their takeaway foods.
Manageress Anglana has ensured everything possible has been done to bring Thailand right to the heart of Donegal Town and she extends a warm welcome to Sabai.
Ang and chef Worachet, known as Chet, who both gained a high reputation during their time at the Central Hotel, have created an authentic Thai restaurant where the renowned cuisine of Thailand will be available to customers new and old.
Specialities at Sabai will include Chet's unsurpassed Sizzling Duck, a variety of delicious curries and savoury dishes, and the popular Tom Yam soup with its mouth-watering flavours.
The restaurant can seat 40, and with its dazzling gold and midnight blue colour scheme, it sets the scene for a delightful evening.
