With a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy I offer treatments for neck and spinal injuries, joint pain both acute and chronic and all muscle injuries. I have a wide range of treatment techniques to treat a wide range of injuries. I also offer Orthotics from the Quadrastep® range.
I am available to do presentations on Sports nutrition and injury prevention for teams. Also home/gym exercise programs for any individual regardless of the fitness level.
