Rosaleen Allen - Health Through Transformation 1.69

Originally from South Wales, Rosaleen has a background in business and worked as a manager for Barnardo’s, the Children’s Charity in the UK, for several years before taking a new direction in her life.

She learnt Transcendental Meditation (TM) in 1983 and was so impressed by the benefits that she went on to learn advanced TM techniques, later qualifying as a TM teacher in 1993. She set up and ran a TM Centre in Plymouth, England for a several years.

She has trained and studied with world renowned experts in the field of meditation such as Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and Dr Deepak Chopra and teaches courses in TM regularly in Ireland and the UK.

Rosaleen became an independent TM teacher when she moved to Ireland in 2000 to offer the course at a more affordable rate than the standard fee.

With a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, she has worked as a Therapeutic Counsellor/Psychotherapist since 1997. She specialises in addiction and bereavement and is a fully accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

Rosaleen is also a Licensed, Registered Homeopath with the Irish Society of Homeopaths, having graduated from the Irish School of Homeopathy (ISH), Dublin in June 2007.
