Retail Ireland Skillnet was created to develop and deliver training and education programmes for people employed in the retail sector. We work closely with retailers to develop industry-relevant courses which are delivered at a time, place and pace that suits both retailers and learners.

All training courses are 50% funded from the National Training Fund, through the Department of Education and Skills. This funding is administrated through Skillnets, the body responsible for the promotion and facilitation of training and upskilling in Ireland.

We offer a wide range of training courses, starting with operational courses which are accredited QQI courses. These courses are delivered and accessed in the workplace, delivering real results for both the retailer and learner.
