Sage sets out to serve only the highest quality ingredients sourced only from local suppliers within a 40 mile radius served in a contemporary but very relaxed setting.
With our exciting head Chef Helen Burke running the kitchen and Owner Garvan Gallagher taking care of front of house we aim to give people a full and varied dining experience. With the help of a young, vibrant and enthusiastic team we offer a range of menus to suit all parties and tastes. Due to the fact everything is cooked to order and only fresh food used Sage can cater for all tastes no matter how varied. Our menu is there to suit our customer, a fact we are very proud of. We can cater for all manner of events and occasions, from quiet tables of two, right up to groups as large as 60 and always put the needs of our customers first.
