Wellness weekends which aim to help you relax and break away from the typical working week or weekend. The retreats incorporate exercise, mindfulness and nutrition and each one is slightly different since they 'pop up' in various locations around the South East of Ireland ( therefore conveniently placed for those traveling from Dublin, Waterford, Kilkenny or Cork)

The yoga and Pilates practice are led by highly experienced and certified teachers ( please note these do vary upon location)

The weekends are aimed at all levels of experience and physical abilities. Whether you are a total beginner or an advanced yogi you will find the sessions challenging yet relaxing and rewarding at the same time.

The typical agenda includes :
Arrival from 5pm on Friday evening
6:30pm we will begin with a settling-in yoga practice, followed by dinner and chats at around 8pm from here you will hopefully enjoy a restful nights sleep.

Saturday will start at 8am with tea and fruit platter, then there will be an hour and half energizing yoga practice followed by a hearty breakfast at around 10.30am.

There will be a variety of activities available such as cookery workshop, hiking, painting etc these will depend on the event theme and location as well as the activities there will be 'free time' during the afternoon for you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, learn more about the food you are eating, avail of a holistic treatment such as massage or reflexology* or just go back to bed!

The late afternoon / early evening two hour yoga practice will be more experimental and will include a deep relaxation.

After dinner there will be the opportunity to mix with your fellow guests or take the opportunity for an early night.

Sunday will follow the same schedule, except that we will finish earlier with a light meal for your journey after the final practice.

You have the option of 'ducking out' of any of the yoga practices if you are feeling tired or want to do something else.

We recommend a digital detox over the weekend, which can feel strange at first, but is always one of the most popular and relaxing aspects of the weekend!

There will be the option of a goal setting workshop

All the meals on the retreat will be made by our own in house chef using locally sourced produce where possible.
