Nikki Curristan is a graduate of North West Regional College, obtaining a Level 3 Practitioners Diploma in Reflexology HDipCT(VTCT). Nikki is a registered reflexologist and you will find her listed in the National Register of Reflexologists. http://www.nationalreflexology.ie/

Nikki is also recognised by the major Irish Health Insurers and you may be entitled to a refund, depending on your level of cover.

Reflexology is a calming, revitalising therapy, it releases tension and anxiety and is suitable for all age groups and both sexes.

The aim of the reflexologist is to treat the whole person, body, mind and spirit, to help induce a state of balance and harmony. Stimulating the body's own potential to heal itself, whilst maintaining health and improving physical conditions.

Recommendations for the number of treatments is based on individual requirements and will vary, however, it is usual practice to have 6 - 8 (one per week), followed by one each month.
A one-off treatment is of course perfect for relaxation and stress relief.

Please allow 1 hour + for the first treatment as a detailed consultation is taken. All subsequent treatments will be approximately 1 hour in duration.

A reflexologist cannot diagnosis or prescribe, they work alongside the medical profession. You should seek medical help if you have an urgent or acute problem.
