1DIRECTIONS TO WEST CORK SITE
GPS Co-ordinates 51 41.723 – 08 48.299

 Head for Bandon, Clonakilty.
As you pass through Bandon, head for Clonakilty.
It should take you less than 10 minutes from Bandon to get to woods.
Just outside of Bandon is Old Chapel.
Turn left at Old Chapel, signed Timoleague (landmark – closed petrol station)
Then take 2nd left (landmark – Ash Tree pub on your right).
DO NOT TAKE THE FIRST TURNING SIGNED TIMOLEAGUE
Landmark – pass Cross Mahon pub and continue straight on.
Continue along this road (where it forks, take left fork).
Landmark – Aerial masts on right, keep going.
At staggered crossroads with metal gate, turn LEFT. You will see a terracotta/dark pink coloured bungalow on
your right as you make the turn.
Farran Woods are on your left; enter woods at yellow and black barrier.
Landmark – if you pass a house on your right, you have missed the entrance to the woods!
From Clonakilty
From Clonakilty, take road towards Bandon and Cork.
At Ballinascarthy, take the right hand turn between the Henry Ford Tavern and Model T Ford statue.
Travel for 1.4 miles until you reach a crossroads with a cottage on your left named “The Step aside Garden”.
Go straight over the crossroads.
Continue for another 1.7 miles until you reach another crossroads where you must turn right.
Continue for 0.7 miles and the entrance to woods is on your left.00 acre woodland site
