Proform PT studio gym is a fully private, fully equipped facility catering for 1-1 private personal training. With two personal trainers-Dervla Kilmartin and Ian McGarry, you have the option to work with a female or male trainer to achieve your goals.
Based on Ted Nealon Road, Adelaide Street, Sligo.

Feel comfortable, relaxed and motivated in our private facility which is fully equipped with multiple weight machines for different muscle groups, dumbbells, plates, bars, TRX, HIIT cardio equipment and much more. Included in our PT packages are weigh ins and measurements (optional), nutrition plan or training plan, free consultation, healthy lifestyle advice and of course 1-1 private personal training sessions in a friendly, encouraging environment.
