I am a Stott Pilates Certified instructor to advanced level in both Matwork and Reformer. I am trained in Injuries and Special Populations which is very important for clients who are referred by their Doctor or Physiotherapist. My background is Nursing, having trained in the Mater Misericordiae Hospital, spending much time in Orthopaedics and the National Spinal unit.
