Portlaoise Enterprise Centre is a not-for-profit, Community Enterprise Centre. We offer a selection of affordable, attractive office and light-industrial space to early-stage and start-up businesses.
We are aiming to help stimulate an entrepreneurial, innovative culture within the town of Portlaoise and its hinterland. At Portlaoise Enterprise Centre, entrepreneurs with a new business concept are given an opportunity to put into practice their vision within a supported framework and under our guidance and assistance.

Applications from locally-based start-up businesses that operate in the technology, ICT or services sectors are invited. Preference will be given to those who are innovative, have a clear vision for their enterprise, who have the potential to grow, and who would add value to and complement the other client businesses at Portalosie Enterprise Centre. Having a unique commercial idea or concept is also desirable.

Our anchor tenant is the Laois County Enterprise Board. Having them on site and at hand is of major benefit to Portlaoise Enterprise Centre itself and, indeed, to all current and future client businesses that locate here.
