The mineral rich spring water from our Wexford well is so good, it's been pilfered and poached since 1825.
In creating Poacher's Premium Tonic, we extract the mineral rich water and sweeten it with sugar beets before adding cinchona bark and other botanicals. Finally we blend in Florida orange and Irish rosemary to give it a zesty lift of citrus and herb.
