Details

Pilgrim Holistic Centre is a new dedicated chronic pain treatment and management service. We specialise in dealing with chronic pain starting with a first assessment of 90 minutes to develop a person-specific programme of treatments and exercises, followed by 60 minutes treatments as needed. We provide physiotherapy treatments, Reiki treatments, Yoga and Pilates classes, and various workshops.
