About myself:
I'm Currently Studying a BSc in Sports Therapy, where I have recently completed my first year.

I have had a big interest in sport and fitness from an early age, specifically sports injury and rehabilitation. This is mainly because of injuries I've picked up myself, and thought that if I get these many injuries, I better learn to fix them!

I have a background in many sports and understand the injuries and mechanisms of injuries across the board.

I have played Rugby Union since 15 and Rugby League since 17. Currently, I play for the University in Rugby League as well as the Gloucestershire Warriors RLFC and Longhorns RL. I have had the honour to represent Ireland in Rugby league on 3 separate occasions, and hope to increase this in the future. I also play American Football for the University, and grew up playing Soccer, Gaelic Football and Hurling since the age of 6.

Since starting my course, I have gained a qualification in first aid and sports massage. I have also done work with Old Cryptians RFC 2nd and 3rd xv teams doing massage and pitchside work and Gloucestershire Warriors RLFC as head of pitchside operations.

I am a qualified and fully insured sports massage therapist, and I am always researching new ways on how to improve myself and my practice. I can offer:

- Helping ease any muscle tightness, caused by sport or everyday life
- Functional Movement Screenings (FMS)
- Helping improve general Mobility and function
