Pathways Ireland 2.13

Pathways Ireland is an all inclusive service based in Newbridge, Kildare, offering in-home family support packages, outreach support (including community therapy services), respite services and both planned and emergency residential care placements.

Pathways Ireland provides a service tailored to the individual young person's needs, aimed at providing them with the highest level of support and guidance ensuring they go on to be functioning members of our society.

Our on-site therapeutic support team work with the young people and their families to help ensure that they have an all inclusive service aimed at helping them to get the best possible outcomes from their experience with Pathways Ireland.

Our vision is to see a young person integrating back in to their family (where possible) and becoming productive members in society.

Pathways Ireland employs highly qualified Social Care Workers, Psychotherapists, and Managers to ensure that the standard of service delivered is second to none.
