Pam has been established as a Speech & Drama Teacher in Bandon since 1991.She is also a well known actress in the Amateur Drama circuit and has won awards for many of the different parts she played in over the years.

Since 2005 Pam works as a Drama teacher within several schools in the west cork area, teaching drama under the recommended guidelines of the department of Education & skills. Pam also directs and helps produce school and Christmas concerts throughout the year. Students and some of schools have become regular participants and prize winners in Cork's prestigious Feis Maitiu .

Corporate/Adult Education,
Pam runs workshops tailored to suit specific business needs such as oral Communication skills,presentation skills and confidence building skills for new recruits in the working environment.

Over the last number of years Pam has been a guest lecturer facilitating a work shop for foreign students
