Paddy here, an experienced, reliable, friendly and professional handyman. I serve the Greater Dublin area with most of my work concentrated around South Dublin, particularly estates like Templeroan, Prospect Manor, Abbots Grove, Dodderbrook, Hunters Wood, Dalriada, Daletree, Woodstown Village, Glenlyon, Glenvara, Monalea, Kilakee, Old Court and many others. I give 100% to everything I do and work on the principle that my job is not finished until the customer is happy. References available. Daytime or evenings by arrangement.

Generally I charge a flat fee of €25 per hour for labour. In a break from the norm I charge no call out fee or higher rate for the first hour. I can do this because when you first contact me I will ask you to be very specific about what you need done. I might ask you to send me pictures or have a video call so I can see in advance exactly what I am dealing with. It means that when I arrive I am ready to go without any time spent looking and assessing or having to go and return with materials. However I normally quote a price per job rather than hourly which my customers tend to prefer. I do not charge any mark up on materials I supply - you pay what I pay. Depending on the size of the job and materials required I may ask you for an up front payment to cover the cost of materials.
