Oss Food & Fitness fuels your body from the inside with healthy, gluten free treats, yoga and martial arts.

I’m Andrea owner of Oss Food and Fitness, a business passionate about healthy food and enjoyable fitness. I spend half my week baking healthy, gluten free treats to sell at farmer’s markets and the other half teaching yoga and self defence classes. All my bakes use sneakily disguised healthy ingredients like sweet potato, chickpeas or nut butters just to name a few. You get to have a well deserved treat that’s not just empty calories, there's some goodness hidden in there too.
The energy I get from eating healthily is used training martial arts and practising yoga. I’ve taken what I’ve learned throughout my years of training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and created a programme to teach women to protect themselves using technique and leverage, not strength and aggression. My morning Yoga classes teach how to restore and rejuvenate your body in preparation for your busy day.
