Nutrition is the cornerstone of a person's well being. I am a registered general nurse (Bsc) for the past 19yrs, during which time I developed an interest in holistic health especially in the area of nutrition. Having completed a Diploma In Nutrition and Reflexology. I use these tools along with laboratory testing if required to access each individual needs.
