Jerry Gallagher (Managing Director) recognised the opportunity to develop an industry that has a niche market for live SCUBA dived scallops. North West Shell Fish harvests scallops from Mulroy Bay in Co Donegal where the bay is classified class A standard which is an ideal environment to produce and grow scallops (pectin maximus)
