My fitness page is here to join in on this wonderful world of fitness and to share it with you ,Miss Fit Training will be offering new fun hard working classes in the county clare area come september !I am excitied and extremely looking forward to starting this new business and sharing my journey and love of health and fitness with you .Apart from timetables and class notes i will also use this page to pass on healthy recipes i come across for a strong healthy body ,inspirational quotes to help motivate and work towards a healthy outlook on life and exercise and as many finess tips as i can muster !! I have a very spiritual and healthy outlook and approach to life and i hope i can share this and bring a little fun health and joy to my Miss Fit Training page and in essence to you all . My final wish for this new page is to inspire and encourage even one person to even begin to hold a thought about moving towards a healthier lifestyle for themselves and their families , step by step we travel far !
