Details

Mindful Movements studio is based on movement awareness through equipment based Pilates. This studio provides a safe and comfortable space for clients with and without injuries and ailments.

We provide group classes (with maximum 8 people). We also provide sessions on a one to one basis, for rehabilitation or progressive training, including athlete conditioning.

One of the purposes of this studio is helping clients dealing with ‘True Pain’ how to live through these difficult times and to support them, releasing pain and realigning the body through proven techniques in movement.

Our personal teaching techniques involve helping each client learn about and benefit from Movement Awareness. These teachings can then be applied by the individual to all areas of their life including outside the studio.

Clients acquire the skills needed to recognise inappropriate movements. We are hands on in assisting our clients, working together to reform the body.
