This specific and scientific approach to muscular pain relief will help to bring about balance between the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system. NMT enhances the function of joints, muscles and biomechanics. It can be part of a comprehensive programme , complementing all other health care modalities.
My aim is to provide relief from minor, sever or chronic soft tissue pain resulting from athletic activities, sports, stress, accidents, sprains or strains, repetitive motion and daily living activities. I explore and take into consideration not only what caused the initial injury, pain or discomfort, but also assess what factors in a persons daily routine could be perpetuating it.
