South West Taekwon-Do Centre (Tralee) is one of Ireland's leading martial arts schools. It is now running for more than 25 years. Numerous world champions have come from the school in both Taekwon-Do and kickboxing. It is instructed by Master Don Dalton and is also the headquarters for the Irish United Taekwon-Do Federation. The Dojang (training hall) is a massive fully matted centre which is fully equipped with a boxing ring changing rooms, punch bags e.t.c. 5.00pm for beginner children.
6.00pm for advanced children.
7.00pm for teenagers and adults.

Every Saturday at;
1.20pm for Supersonic Kids (age 5 and 6.
2.00pm for beginner children from 7 years and up.
3.00pm for advanced children.
4.00pm for teenagers and adults.
