After a major life trauma in the form of a car accident in 1994,
I began to find myself over the years evolving through the illusion of life.
Its then I embarked on the journey of a life to self transformation
and an adventure that has taken me all over the world.

Since I was very young I knew I had a personal connection with something more than just the physical me and the things that surrounded me. I was aware of a connection to a presence within me. If I ever became detached from this presence through mental and emotional pain, it caused me a lot of suffering.

With this experience and strong bond with the Presence, my purpose to connect deeper became very strong and intense at times. It was never based on religion but more grounded in spirituality. This experience has its own intelligence to share and support others on their life journey. My purpose is to share the vision and to relieve others when they have a longing to end their suffering. My role is to support others as they grow to experience the unconditional love that’s dwelling in their own heart.

As I emerged from the aftermath of depression linked to the car accident I came with a stronger sense of my true nature. I discovered many wonderful healers and teachers in Ireland who not only helped nurture me to a state of health and wellbeing but guided me on my own awakening as a healer.

I trained as a Reiki and Seichem Master teacher in 1995
Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy in 1997
Neuro Linguistic Programming 1998
Dancing the Rainbow 2001
Laughter Yoga 2002
Oneness Deeksha in 2007

I have received Darshan with
Mother Meera, Mother Amma and Amma Bhagavan
In my most recent years I have been awakened deeper on my spiritual journey by my own Samadhi Guru, guide and teacher Dr Aay Kotwol who affectionately calls me Guru Mary.
