">The SFI MaREI Centre is a cluster of key university and industrial partners dedicated to solving the main scientific, technical and socio-economic challenges related to marine renewable energy. The Centre provides a unique opportunity for over 40 SMEs to work collaboratively with each other and with MNCs. The nucleus of MaREI originates from well-established Marine Renewable Eenergy related research entities distributed throughout Ireland. This team is comprised of internationally recognised experts in the field from University College Cork, National University of Ireland Galway, National University of Ireland Maynooth, University of Limerick, University College Dublin, and Cork Institute of Technology.
