Longford Fitness at Dromard GAA 3.21

Tess & Enda Gillen set up Longford Fitness in 2012 and are now opening classes up in Dromard Gaa. Instructors will include Enda, Tess, Lisa, Aidan and Ciaran. We are planing to offer a range of fitness classes for beginners right up to advnaced clients. Clients can pay for a single class or a week option will be available.
