We are a long established, professional and friendly property letting and management agency specialising in residential property lettings, rent collection, home maintenance and management throughout Wexford Town and County.

Our letting service includes initial inspection and assessment of the property, advertising of property, accompanied viewings of property, tenant vetting, advertising of property, compilation of inventory lists, preparation and signing of tenancy agreements, collection of security deposits, and utility account transfers.

Our full management service includes rent collection, reporting and organising of repairs & maintenance, property inspections during and at end of tenancy, key holding and yearly rent reviews.

With over 20 years first hand experience in the property letting business we feel we can offer the most comprehensive, professional and efficient service available, to both landlords and tenants.

Having let and managed various types of individual properties for many years, we have developed a deep understanding of the criteria property owners require in successfully letting their properties, and also the needs of tenants regarding acceptable standards of accommodation.

Unlike many agencies, we do not set unrealistic set targets as to the number of properties that must be filled within a given period. We strongly feel that due to the sometimes volatile nature of the property letting business, this can be a recipe for disaster. Mis-matching properties with unsuitable tenants for the sake of reaching targets can only end in tears for all concerned especially you the landlord.

All prospective tenants need to be carefully vetted through an interviewing process and the obtaining of references before they can be considered suitable for a particular property. Depending upon the availability of good quality tenants at a particular time, we strongly advise our clients that it is better to leave a property vacant for longer, if that is what is necessary to locate a suitable quality tenant, than to adopt the above approach.

Please note that it is now compulsory for all rental properties to have a B.E.R. (Energy rating) assessment carried out. We can organise this on your behalf through a reputable local architect company if so required.
